Like you, I am a work in progress.
I have spent more than half my existence morbidly obese, with severe environmental allergies, food sensitivities, and suffering gastrointestinal discomfort, body aches, and pains. I was always on the hunt for the next popular diet or magic pill that promised resolution, only to find temporary relief.
I am also a caretaker. I found it challenging to put my own health first when I needed to support the health of others.
Until one day, I decided, it is time to invest in myself. I cannot take care of my loved ones if I cannot take care of me.
From blogs to doctor google, I was overwhelmed with all the nutrition information and the contradictions of "do this, not that." I made the decision to become formally educated in nutrition science for my own personal development. Earning a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, gave me the tools and resources to develop my nutrition journey towards optimal health.
I learned nutrition is bio-individual. There is not a "One size fits all approach!" It is up to us, as individuals, to find what makes us feel our best. We begin by understanding how food affects our bodies from our gut to our mental health. I use science based functional nutrition and integrative health interventions to guide clients in their health journey.

What is Integrative Nutrition?
Integrative nutrition is an individualized approach to eating and lifestyle habits. It invites you to be curious about how food choices directly impact your health. Approaches to Integrative Nutrition may include therapeutic diets, supplements, or herbs, in addition to lifestyle and behavior changes.
Nutrition is the foundation of health. Nutrition imbalances can greatly impact systematic functions in the body. An Integrative Nutritionist guides you to build a personal plan that optimizes health and well-being while empowering you to take control of your own health.

Discovery Call
Let’s get started by scheduling your complimentary 20-minute virtual Discovery Call which is an opportunity to make sure we are the right fit. During your Discovery Call we will discuss your nutritional goals and how I may be able to help. If during or after your complimentary Discovery Call you determine the time is right for you to begin your integrative nutritional journey, we can then schedule a Nutrition Consultation.
Nutrition Consultation
A Nutrition Consultation is a 90-minute virtual session that includes a comprehensive evaluation of your current health concerns, dietary and lifestyle habits, and goals.
A 30-minute follow-up virtual session will then be scheduled to discuss sustainable functional nutrition and integrative health interventions centered around your unique needs.
Follow-Up Consultation
A 45-minute Follow-up Consultation is for existing clients only. This virtual session includes continued support and a review of previous interventions. This is also an opportunity to discuss additional interventions, if appropriate, for your continued success.
